Not Noisy, works good
Changed the rear braking pads by myself a few weeks ago. So far I do not have any issues with them, They work as designed, no noise.

Love these pads from BOSCH. They come with literally everything you need. Fitment was perfect. Zero issues.

About sanding
Lots of people here are saying they needed to sand theirs down. I followed that advice until I learned that the real problem was siezed slide bolts. Sometimes you can bang them free, with pen oil and maybe heat and sometimes you just need to go to AZ and get a reman caliper. Check to make sure they slide properly, the boot is intact, and get some lube in there whenever you change your pads, to prevent rust problems.

Not predrilled holes for anti drag springs - 2014 Honda Pilot
BC1281 says it is a fit for 2014 Honda Pilot rear pads, but they are missing the predrilled holes for anti drag springs.
