Ordered and Paid for Four Sets. Received Two. Amazon Menu Options Do Not Address Problem.
I received the cleats in a timely manner. Was leaving on an extended trip so set them aside without too much thought other than "$12.50 is a lot for two pairs." Now that I have a moment during my trip, I notice in my Amazon account a "buy it again" notice for the cleats that reminds me I ordered the "package of four pairs." It appears that I was accidentally sent the "package of two pairs" ($7.99) instead. Because they are stainless steel, these cleats are expensive. I don't like getting half of what I pay for making it even more expensive. Unfortunately, the scripted problem assistant did not have an option for a problem like this, so I'm trying to have the problem addressed via review - Amazon?

Now as Described, missing parts
Receive my package in a timely manner. The product was not as described. Small French cleat were supposed to be stainless steel. They were not. They were a pot metal, stainless steel does not attached to a magnet. The two sides do not fit tightly together they had 1/8” gap. Most important all the hardware was missing no screws, no Plastic anchors. Would not purchase again. Return for credit.
