Good for assisted passive cooling...
Frankly, do not expect significant cooling off of this. It works as well as a larger, single fan cooled unit. The airflow from the fans only traverses a few fins on the sink, and only a little bit of length at that. Does it do better than the fanless options? Yes. Much better? No. I would probably use it in an enclosure where the load isn't tremendous, but the fans offer some help on a hot day in an industrial setting. Beyond that, it's not the tool for the job. The metal to conduct heat away from the chips could be a few thousandths closer for better contact with the provided thermal tape, but it will definitely keep your pi from overheating in casual environments like an office, living room, or whatever given casual loads of browsing, idling, or streaming. Oh, and the fans are not silent, but that only matters if its near you on a desk.

Fans whine when held at a certain angle
Fit is pretty good. I wish the fans came preinstalled, its a little tedious to install them since they are so small.

The case does not touch the heart sinks provided.

The fans are loud enough to wake me, and I sleep with a window air conditioner running in the same room.
