I have never slept so well!! I don’t know if the lemon balm helps too but I fall asleep very quickly after taking these tablets which means I wake up easier in the morning!! Highly recommend

Too large to swallow had to break in half. Then it was like swollowing a piece of chalk. Wo t belaying again

Very gentle and best quality of magnesium not affecting the stomach. It's melting reasonably quick so needs to be swallowed fast.

The media could not be loaded.  What if I’m really interesting after purchasing these is that it’s a French product.Which is not a problem but when I went onto Amazon FR for the French Amazon site I couldn’t locate these tablets. I was also slightly suspicious of the labelling which seem to be poor quality and not of a pharmaceutical health food standard.For example the image was poor on the label. I also felt that I had some side-effects of feeling nauseous in the morning or the following morning after taking this product.After the third day I stop taking the tablet immediately.I’m not happy with the product, I’m still not convinced it’s legitimate.I couldn’t recommend this product based on the above.

Lots broken which makes hard edges painful to swallow. No coating makes the tablet too hard and dry to swallow. Lots of powder from broken pills. Won’t buy again.

Since taking these tablets I feel less uptight during the day and have a more restful sleep

I know it's the problem with magnesium tablets but you get like 10 tablets, the rest are broken and 1/4 is turned to powder
