Healthful tool
Bought the heavier one after I got used to the lighter version. At first both were slightly painful and took a couple of days getting used to it. Started off with 5 min but now up to 20-30min a day splitting my time both side. I think it has help not only with inches but also it’s been helping me stay more regular. More than just 1 benefit!

Very sturdy
It was far too clunky for me. I also wanted something that I could use on multiple body parts. This isn’t possible due to the notches inside. It’s very sturdy!
