Just as described. Very soft. The fibers are obviously synthetic. My daughter loves it. Due to the long shaggy and the synthetic material, it can give you the sensation of slipping when you walk on it. Its not bad, but if you have balance issues, get something with a shorter pile.

So soft and pretty. A little to big for where I needed it. But I’m sure I can find someone in my family that can. Highly recommend!!
