Blue, St. Agur Cheese (1 lb)

St Agur has a softer and smoother taste than Roquefort. It was very good, fresh and creamy

This is not the best Blu cheese that I have tasted. The acidic taste and texture was just not what should be expected in a blue. I do not recommend this cheese.

Seemed old and arrived warm. Not nearly as good as fresh from the store.

The best triple creme blue, nicely sweet but not completely over-powering and not to complicated like a real roquefort. At >$20 lb, not to be used as cheese, but as a flavoring.

My favorite creamy blue cheese. So good I would snatch it from someone else's shopping basket if it were all that was left.
