I purchased this liquid mega multivitamin and mineral liquid suppliment for my Mother who is 93, after taking her to a nutritionist. She is doing well and I am doing everything I can to keep it that way. I learned that as we age, our bodies do not break down suppliments in pill form very well. That means many times the body does not actually get much benefit. The liquid does not have to be broken down. It goes to work right away. The bottle lasts quite a while, and, though the taste is not delicious, it is not bad either. The main thing is, she is actually getting all the vitamins and minerals she needs.
