Sone people have given it lower ratings because they don’t think it fits them correctly. I suggest they are using it wrong. Put your arms through. You don’t need to hold bar. Hang and do knee crunches. It’s a simple add on to a chin up bar and works exactly as it should. It’s also fairly comfortable on your arms as they rest inside them

Easy too use & sturdy

I bought these because I had a low back injury and wanted to use body weight to stretch out my spine. They worked well for my purpose, although they are not overly comfortable to use.

I really enjoy this workout tower. It really works but it is not easy to stay motivated.

By "fully adjustable" what they mean is that you can wrap it around the bar more times to shorten it. Not actually adjustable in any traditional sense. Works well ;)

Could b a little more equal when hung but works fine
