Bonne MamanPreserve, Fig, 13 Ounce (Pack of 4)

We have been getting these fig preserves for several years and they are of top quality and the empty jars are very useful for storage.

Great taste, not too sweet and great brand..great with gouda and other cheeses ...also great with biscuits...

My favorite fruit spread. Wonderfully fig flavor. Love the texture.

Two of the 4 arrived broken. Luckily I didn’t shred my hand on the shattered glass. No option to return.

I ordered 4 jars of figs. 2 jars were fine . Two jars, the lids were damaged. I would like to have those two replaced. I sent pictures to show damage to both jar lids an some drainage inside the box an the wrapping.

I l9ve the Fig preserves and I can't find it locally so was very happy when I found out that Amazon had them but I have a warning. I have ordered twice and both times one of the jars came with the seal broken and had leaked all over the other jars. But I did order again because I do LOVE the Fig. I would give 5 stars if not for the jar issue but I just can't do 1 star due to the issue either. This is a great product and issue happen.

The jam is great, but the packaging is poor. There is no cushion between the jars. One of my jars arrived broken and made a huge mess. There is no way to report that a food item arrived broken, so no refund, no replacement.

When I opened the package 3 of the 4 jars of preserves were opened and seeping in the packaging. Only had 1 jar of preserves that I could use. Very frustrating and disappointing.
