Should come stock on most bikes, the factory tails are god awful

I have a 2022 KVS. The parts and the paint job are all high quality, and the end product looks just as good as the $150 R&G. It does come with a connector adapter, but it felt super cheap and the wires weren't long enough to reach the connector on the bike, so I went ahead and cut the connector off the OEM taillight and spliced the 3 wires in. The instructions were also pretty poor, and I actually had to pull up the Amazon listing to get the colors for splicing because that wasn't in the box. Overall, excellent value and would buy again.

Overall I'd say this is good for the price. It's basically an R & G bracket just comes in multiple pieces. No instructions obviously and to help others out the proper wiring for this kit is as follows. (for mine at least)Black wire in kit goes to black/yellow on bike harness (Ground)Green wire in kit goes to Red wire on bike harness (Running light)Red wire in kit goes to Blue wire on bike harness (Brake light)Testing the light before installing by touching the leads to your battery helps you understand which wire does what. It will require adding connectors to the factory wires so you can plug it in so if you are not comfortable cutting the factory harness and splicing then this is not the kit for you.I opted to install aftermarket turn signals as well, I had to drill the 8mm holes on the bracket out to 10mm for the ones I purchssed which was no big deal. The metal is pretty soft so drills extremely easy. The bracket is 3 pieces and didn't line up perfectly so took some persuading but no big deal. One note is the screws that hold the 3 bracket pieces together are stainless and are not hidden once the fender is back on the bike so you need to paint them (I plasti dipped mine and looks perfect) make sure to use loctite on all the screws / bolts when installing.Considering the other options for this bike are 3x the price of this kit I am satisfied with what I got not best quality by any means but works as intended. Took more time than a simple plug and play type kit but still easy enough and turned out nice in the end and looks SO much better than the massive/Ugly factory setup.

I put the before then after pics. Put this on my 22’ Vulcan S to get rid of that hideous tail light/license plate mount. Install was simple. The provided wiring connectors are junk so I used my own. Other than that it’s a great product and I really like the fact that I can use my stock turn signals. Price is great!
