Hard to open bracelet

Definitely NOT stainless Steel and if does not have a LOBSTER CLAW for the clasp!!! No instructions on how to open the clasp or care instructions.

The lettering foe the names is very small

Can't wear alone. Needs bangles.

I got this for my mom for mother's day and while I think it is pretty, the names on the hearts are very tiny. I honestly don't think she will be able to see them (8). More than that, the bracelet itself is not hinged and the clasp is not the same as on the picture. You will have to be pretty dexterous to open this bracelet. And the bracelet has to be opened wide and angled hard to get on your your wrist. I tried it on my wrist and it's actually painful. I'm worried it will break. I really needs to be the hinged bracelet or at the least what they show in the picture. I could overlook the tiny names if that were the case.

This is very cheap looking and feeling. The lettering on the engraved hearts is extremely small. If this was in a store, I’d pass it up.

I love this bracelet! I purchased it for my mom with the names of all of her children. The clasp is durable and easy to use. Great service as well! I ordered the wrong one originally and it was quickly changed when I contacted the seller.
