Nice upgrade from a regular PS4 if you have a 4K HDR TV. If you’re considering to wait for the PS5 keep in mind that new PlayStation’s versions are usually not that great at launch as they often come with issues. It’s better to wait a year or two for an improved PS5 version.

poor service . bought the PS4 august 17 ,2020 , sent for repair on 04th September now today 26th september . no clue about the neither repair status or feedback from amazon . i dint expect this kind of poor service from amazon .Very bad experience . It is forcing me to think no future purchase from amazon . Purpose of gift i bought for my kids birthday has been totally wasted spending money AED 1400 . Hope atleast now will receive positive response .

Unfortunately the main controller's right analog doesn't work properly and the other one isn't original, the fan is too loud and I can comfortably say this because I owned a ps4 pro tow years ago and didn't face these issues with it.

Not the UAE version as advertise but an Asian one.

Asian version of PS4 , new software will let you remap X and O buttons as you prefer, working perfectly no issues , not sure how the warranty will work in the UAE
