After a year, the bag has a nice patina on it and the leather is supple.REGISTER FOR THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY - THEY STAND BY IT! Had a small concern with the stitching on the interior liner over a year later and the company resolved it in just a few days at zero cost! I didn't know customer service like this still existed. Not only are you getting a high quality luxury product for a great price, but you're getting 10 years of commitment to the product quality by the manufacturer.
