After 1 year the handle of the pan broke and the lid of the big pot lost its upper rim

poor quality of the teflon coating
pots and pan are OK. However, the teflon coating scratches off easily. even when we stack them together. the specification states clearly that the teflon coating is of high quality and does not scratch easily. BTW, I use wood and hard plastic utensils all the time for my cooking.
