I was under an extreme amount of stress. Had been taking Busiprone prescribed by my doctor for anti-anxiety and stress relief. I am also over weight and had found out about ashwagandha from watching a YouTube video on how to lower cortisol levels naturally. I looked on Amazon and decided to order and try your product. Within just a few days I could tell a difference. It was truely incredible. I had some pretty bad road rage before. I would get mad and start yelling in the car if someone pulled out in front of me and was going slower than I was. Within a week of taking your product I was driving home and someone pulled out in front of me going 25 in a 35 zone. Cars were zooming past me in the fast lane and the line of cars behind me were getting over to go around us as well. Before I would have hit the roof at that point. Yelling, flipping the person off and such. This time my first thought was "Oh well, I'll just wait for everyone else to go around and then I'll go around.". That was the realization point for me. When I knew that your ashwagandha was working for me. Not just working, but out performing the Busiprone that was precribed by my doctor. The Busiprone is only for like anti-anxiety, depression, stress relief and it's a chemical thing. Your ashwagandha is anit-anxiety, stress relief, mood elevator, adrenal support, immune support and natural. Can't get much better than that.A few months later.....It has worked so well for me at elevating my mood that now my mother (who was on Zoloft) is using it too. She is doing much better using this than the Zoloft.

So i started taking this, started to feel incredibly strange after a few days. Started getting fatigued, nasueas, shaky, and dizzy. I started to fiddle with the dosing and felt better when i took less, i found several articles further explaining does.It effects your blood sugar and insulin levels interestingly enough i quickly connected the dots. That what i was experiencing was hypoglycemia set on by dosing this too high! I looked up the average dosing for this and its only 300-500 mgs in a sitting. TWO THOUSAND VS 500. I cant find a single source citing a 2000 mg dose and its benefitsThis company should be ashamed of its self because its not properly instructing and or warning its consumers!!! Do your research or itll make you sick as a dog.

I have struggled with an anxiety and depression disorder since I was a small child. I have been on and off of anti-depressants my whole life. Like many of the reviews said, it wasn't until day 3 that I could tell the difference but man what a difference. I am calmer, more focused, just more....at peace. I love this stuff! It has been life changing for me! My anxiety, stress and depression was going through the roof. My cortisol levels were astronomical. I have tried to lose weight for so long and never could.
