They come out so beautiful. But four of them didn't want to come out. That frustrated me because it's a hard plastic. Giving it a little twist is next to impossible. In my frustration I tried to twist and heard a little crack. I don't know how to avoid that in the future. I don't know why some came right out and the others took time and energy - they shouldn't have.It does create a beautiful finish. And note - I did not send mine back for a refund. I'll suffer through the occasional struggle.

It is easy to trap bubbles into this mold, so chocolate shells need extra care to make. I had to freeze the truffles in the mold over night (technically 6 hours) to be able to get the chocolate out.Usable and fine for how much it cost, but would have preferred if it didn't come cracked. I had some time constrains so return/replacement wasn't an option.3 stars for not-great but not horrible.

Mixed feelings on this. Not all of the bon bons fell out easily. Even after quickly passing it over a flame to loosen it up. It formed several cracks when trying to get them out. The shape looks great when they do come out properly.

I like the design of this product but the chocolates did not come out easily. A lot of my finished product was wasted as the candies split in half or did not release well from the mold.
