While customer service on this product was excellent (had initial problem with the shipment) I have been using this product for about a month now. While it does make the skin very soft around my eyes, I was looking for a product that would help with the puffiness and there hasn't been any improvement in that department. Will try another product when I finish this sample.

This cream is absolutely amazing! I love the rich texture of the cream. It really hydrates my skin without leaving it greasy. It is one of the best moisturizers I've ever used. It works especially great after a chemical peel.

I generally like Bobbi Brown products and this one does not disappoint. The jar is small but it goes a long way. I have now bought three jars and am very happy with the product.

This cream is very over priced. Not only over priced but it had the most terrible smell!!!
