Workout slides get the job done on those core exercises. Been using these with clients for over a year and they are still sturdy and in tact.

They are the only sliders I've found that will work on rubber gym floors. But they are very loud and they tend to "tip" and not stay level while using. I use these with personal training clients and it's nearly impossible for most people to keep level and have all 3 wheels in contact with the floor while using. I wish they were quieter.

If you have a rubber floor and regular sliders won’t work this is exactly what you need. But if you have a carpet or rug don’t bother it will just get stuck.

Wheels are nice, but feel like my feet slid off.

This item can be noisy when used on wooden boards and is too slippery to control.

The ‘brand new’ product that was sent was used, and heavily used at that. Big gash in the top of them and work wheels. Very disappointing!!!

Good product when they work but wheels are impossible to replace when they wear out and top foot pad seems to come loose too often and easily
