We just purchased this to put under the food dishes for our new golden retriever puppy. Our old golden was the slobbiest eater and would constantly drop food or dribble water out of his mouth. I tried a lot of different mats to protect my floors and they all seemed to have some issues of either staying put or being hard to clean. So far, this one has been excellent. My clumsy new puppy has dumped his entire bowl of water all over this and it held the water in and protected my floors. I have also had to clean it a couple of times and it is goes through the dishwasher with no problems. It also rolls up easy so if you wanted to take it for travelling it would be good for that as well. I can't speak to durability as we have only had it for a few weeks, but as of now I really love it and would recommend it.

This mat is durable, handsome, and (most importantly) cheap. I included pictures to show my general approach to dealing with water damage from my cat. The heavy glass mixing bowl does most of the heavy lifting, but the mat and laminate is absolutely necessary to counter the insidious nature of moisture and it's effect on my rental. Cats play in water; it's a fact. Although she might be doing it for fun, I'm convinced that water-pawing is way of locating the border between air and water. Falling in the water was a death sentence in ancestral times. Rather than trying to stop my cat from being a cat, I feel as though my approach is better.

I purchased this particular silicone pet feeding mat because this mat was smooth textured with no raised paw prints to collect dirt as often seen on other similar type mats. The mat I purchased was 18.5” x 11.5” in a cream color. It fit my 2 bowl feeder very nicely. It also stayed put on my vinyl flooring. While I am quite happy with this purchase, I might suggest the lip around the mat be higher than maybe the 1/8“ it is (visual estimate on lip height). That being said, it handles small spills easily.

My senior female chihuahua is a messy eater. Food she didn't want and water are everywhere when she's done. This mat has a lip that keeps water from spilling onto my wood floor, and the mat doesn't move around. It's ideal for her.

I bought this not to protect my floor from voracious slobbery dogs. I bought it to protect my workspace table from my new interest in resin casting. I started out using a flimsy-a$$ silicone sheet so thin, you could see through. I had uncured resin spilling over, ruining self healing cutting board and my wooden workbench. I will say I’m not a very neat person. This mat is really big. It has a rim o contain leaks. It is also heavy weight. It’s now an essential part of hobby activities, helping me to contain spills of any kind and saving me from messy clean-ups. Bet you didn’t expect a review like this, Gorilla.

This mat is terrific. It stays put. It catches anything spilled. It is strong and well made. It also cleans really easy. I roll it in half, take to the sink, add some dish detergent and water and it cleans right up using just my hand. Rinses quickly, drys fast with a few dabs of a paper towel and then it is back in place. Would buy again.

I bought this because my potting wheel pedal (like a sewing machine pedal, but much larger and not spring activated) kept sliding on the epoxy studio floor. It's fixed that issue completely.It's an off label use, but reflects well on this product's primary purpose:1. It stays put under variable pressure at a 45 degree angle.2. It keeps working after getting dust on it.3. It's extremely easy to clean.4. It doesn't degrade when stepped on or peeled up.Also, it doesn't smell funny.

Bought for my puppy who has a habit of knocking over his water dish. This mat stays in place on the floor and also holds dish in place better than the cloth mat with rubber dot backing I had been using. No spills yet!

Es de plástico, el agua se puede limpiar sin ningún problema, la comida se debe limpiar al momento para que no se seque y se quede pegada.Se le pega mucho el polvo y los pelitos y esos no son fáciles de quitar.Es resistente, mi perro lo ha rascado y ha aguantado sin romperse.No es tan bueno para que el plato no se resbale pero por la forma de los bordes ayuda a que el plato no salga del tapete.Lo único que no me gustó es que a la larga se hace MUY aguado y si lo quiero poner un poco levantado para que tape un poco la pared se baja.

Lo usé al pie del arenero y tiene buen nivel de captura de arena, además es suave y fácil de limpiar.

Para el area de comedero de mis perros altamente recomendable. De calidad facil de lavar

No cumplió con mis expectativas , el tapete realmente se llena de agua y en lugar de que se vea todo más prolijo se ensucia más, ya que cae el agua que el perro toma y se moja todo el piso.
