I am using the Cumio for holding my portable Inogen One G3 Oxygen concentrator. The size of the main compartment is  approx: 24cms (H) x 21cms (W) x 10cms (D). I have to fill the lower small compartment with something (spares or an old rolled-up towel), otherwise the concentrator lies lower than it should causing the exhaust outlets to be below the gauzed area of the bag. Also, I cannot use the internal velcroed strap that should go round the concentrator when it is inside the compartment, as the strap would be wrapped around the air intakes of the unit. But neither of these points cause a major problem - the unit is quite stable inside the Curmio without the strap, and it's quite easy to add something to the smaller compartment. Also, I do need to make sure that the O2 outlet tube does not kink, as my concentrator's outlet is horizontal, and the tubing needs to bend up slightly to exit the top flap of the carrying bag - again, this has not been a problem so far. All in all, I am very pleased (the quality of the bag is excellent!). Hope this helps.

Do you get a guarantee as after only 5months the shoulder straps are fraying

If you bought from Amazon, then you will most likely have a 12 months guarantee - you need to ask them.
I sold my Curmio backpack recently (not using Inogen unit now).  I had no problem with strap wear.

Will it fit the philips simplygo mini?

As, according to information I have found on the web the Phillips Mini is 8.3 x 3.6 x 9.4 inches it is very similar in size to the inogen one, I have just measured my bag and I would think the Phillips Mini would fit fine as there is ample room for the inogen one and there is also a convenient strap to secure the unit in the bag. I can't say for definite that it would fit because I don't have a phillips unit to try but personally I would order the bag to try and if not suitable the return service from Amazon I have always found to be very good.
