NEOM – Wellbeing Pod Essential Oil Diffuser & Happiness Oil Blend (10ml) Ultrasonic Aroma with Ceramic Cover, LED Light & Timer

I pretty much looked at well over 50 Oil Diffusers and didn't like the option of purchasing a plastic one as I have had many before, I liked the look of this one, the rating and some of the feedback, I was prepared to pay over the odds for a half decent deffuser and this is exactly what I did, way over the odds!Pro's - 1. Nice size 2. Nice looking. 3. Well packaged. 4. Speedy delivery (I am Amazon Prime Member)Con's - 1. Ridiculous Price for what you get 2. Way over the top box, and probably adds to the cost 3. Stylish ceramic exterior cover appears fragile, if dropped I guess that would be the end of the deffuser. 4. Basic operations like much cheaper versions, would have expected a remote control. 5. No better than most cheaper deffusers. 6. Would not reccommend!

I'm surprised at how much I like this, as I've tended to go for diffusers that burn for the longest time, and hold around 500ml of water. Well this holds a very small amount of water, and the longest run time you can set is 3hrs (but if you just switch it on, it will run for up to 6-7hrs).I like the simplicity of it. It doesn't have changing lights, music or anything in the way of bells and whistles, but it diffuses oils well, is quiet, doesn't spit water everywhere and works very well in the bedroom for the calm ambience I'm going for. There are 2 light settings so you can dim it, and it will auto-shut off when empty.Before buying any diffuser, I'd advise anyone to consider what they want it to do, and where they want to put it. The NEOM, with it's ceramic cover, is a lovely, elegant touch to my bedroom, but for the living room, where I work from home, I want some calming music, changing lights and a diffuser that can burn for longer.I was disappointed with the 'Mind Oil Blend', I didn't like the scent, it gave me a headache and didn't have the fresh aroma I was hoping for. It cost £20 which is more than I'd usually pay for oils, but for a higher end diffuser, I wanted to try a purer blend. I'm stuck with it now, and can't exchange for another in the range.I've knocked a star off for the cost, as I think it's priced too highly. Underneath the stylish ceramic cover, the parts are plastic and don't look that different to what you'd find in cheaper models. It comes with a small pourer, which is helpful, but I would've liked a small cleaning brush to get into the hard to reach parts.Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought for wife, she loves it, it smells nice, looks nice.It is a bit noisy, but more a soothing noise than annoying.Happy wife, happy life, although I did think it was a tad expensive.

The Pod is great but missing the oil!! No Oil was included in the order. very diss appointed as this was a gift and not able to be used without an oil to put in it!

Absolutely loved this when it first arrived unfortunately despite following all of the instructions in regards to cleaning etc it just stopped working, very disappointed because when it worked it was fabulous

Oil was not included in order Amazon said speak with Neom and vice versa. Was not resolved and had to pay out for new oil! No good customer service.Apart from that diffuser of great and in the bedroom.

I like the diffuser very much, it looks elegant. Much nicer than my other, cheaper diffusers. The packaging is gorgeous, feels special. It would be a brilliant gift. The mist produced is very fine but I’ll get used to that.Only annoyance is they sent the wrong oil, not the one I’d ordered. Wanted to try it straight away so I’ll just keep it!
