Its a real reel.
Have yet to use it, a lot smaller than I expected seeing its loaded with 6llb line, hope to use soon. Have now used it on several occasions, instead of 3 stars I am adding 1 star, its a very good smooth reel for what it costs, I am knocking 1 star off for its drag settings, it can be too tight , not enough slippage for fighting with fish, but all in all, an excellent product for such little money.

A nice reel but
This is a good reel for what it is but as others have mentioned the drag is not easy to adjust sensitivity issue. Ok however for a second rod.
