Great System
I thought the cost of the system a bit high when I was shopping, but decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did. The braces work exactly as they are advertised, you can tell some heavy thought went into the final product. The bolt for example can be inserted and then slid into place for easy connection. 4 hoops is almost too many for our 18' Tracker, but it holds up the cover so well. We had a very severe hail and wind storm just after I got the brace system and cover on the boat. I was afraid I was going to loose the hole thing during the storm. To my surprise the cover (lost my last cover to a storm like this)was in great shape and all the hail and water was shed by the arch support system. Thanks great idea!

Wasted money.
Did not hold up in 35 mph wind. Folded and twisted and left a pond on my boat. Could not be saved. Wasted money.

What a disappointment.
I have been searching for some product that would support my pontoon cover during the winter while being stored. I found this and thought that this must be what I have been looking for. I ordered the set, in fact just to be on the safe side I ordered an extra set to ENSURE that there would be enough supports and my boat would be covered properly for the winter. I installed these supports about every 2 feet apart on my 20' boat. Even with the added support they still collapsed under the weight of very light snow. I have enclosed a pic of the bent supports. The picture show on the far left an original support and the others are all bent. I want these bent ones to be replaced before next winter, but not sure how to do that.

very sturdy and well-designed
These work very well and are reasonably easy to install. The only thing that might be better is something that would swivel and store against the rail when not in use, but that would add cost and complexity. Four pairs take about five minutes to install and the same to take down. Not bad but if you are using the boat regularly, rather than say storing over the winter, it is a bit of a pain.

Great system for my Pontoon Boat cover.
So far the arch Support system has met all my expectations. The true test will come when my pontoon boat is in storage and the sun and wind has its chance to take a shot at the system. Only time will tell. The arch support system was easy to install and when I finished the installation I felt that I should have purchased the 5 pole system. I contacted the manufacture and within one week I had one additional set.The day I installed the system there was water standing in my cover. Two days after installation it rained again. Not a drop stayed on the cover and so far the wind has not impacted the cover. Yea! a first.

Its somewhat does the job.
I have to keep using a big broom to get the snow off the top. We had a large snowfall and 2 of the supports collapsed. Kind of pricey also.

Support Brackets
Support brackets arrived on time, fit the rail on pontoon as described, So far so good cover has stayed on in high winds and supports stayed in place. Hopefully winter snow fairs as well.

Warning: don't waste your money on this...it doesn't work
We bought this for our 20 foot pontoon. It seemed like a good idea but the arch system was a complete failure. No matter how much we tried to reinforce it, the system couldn't withstand even a small amount of rainfall without bending the pvc pipes. It was very expensive, a pain to set up, a pain to store the lengths of pvc on the boat and after two weeks of trying to make it work we finally gave up and threw it out. This was by far the worst product I've ever bought on Amazon.
