Very sturdy. Attractive. Easy assembly. Very satisfied. Money well spent. Freed up another cupboard in my small kitchen. If your studs are 16" center, you can catch them as the center line of the rails is15". But, in my case it put the shelf off center on the small wall, and the anchors they provide state they are solidwall anchors not drywall. I was surprised they didn't include 2 drywall anchors as they are very cheap. I had some inhand. It took 10 minutes to assemble. They provide the hex wrench fire the fasteners. The 2 holes that require woodscrews are predrilled making the entire assembly simple/foolproof. The wood is real wood. Worth the money.

Easy to assemble, perfect small fit for my space, looks great, carries about 9 cups, pretty sturdy.

Easy to hang. Love the rustic wood. Perfect for farmhouse country decor. Also love the top shelf to display a few knickknacks and holds lots of mugs. Very sturdy and trust it will be a safe place for my cherished mugs. Thinking about buying another one...

Loved the quality and look, however, the cup spacing was a little odd, makes it a little hard to fit regular mugs. Smaller mugs work better.

Super cute and sturdy. Easy to put together and install. definitely good for the amount of money they are asking. The functionality of it is good IF you have small coffee cups this still holds 12 for its storage but my cups are 12 oz or bigger and they sit touching

Looks very nice and it was easy to install. Easily hangs 12 mugs of varying sizes.

I ended up ordering 3 of these. First one was unassembled (which is good...they are very easy to assemble) and liked it so much that I ordered another one. The second one came assembled but whoever put it together it had a split in the wood and screw was stripped..making it impossible to easily fix. I contacted the company and they were great!! They immediately refunded my money and I went back on Amazon and ordered another one. That one came just like the first...perfect. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. Product was also great....just what I had hoped it would look like.

So this is a solid product. It’s well built and easy to assemble. They even sent extra hardware which is rare. However, if you are like me and have a bunch of unusually shaped/sized mugs. I would not recommend it. The hooks are too small for mugs with bigger/thicker handles. And the hooks are too close together for 16 oz mugs to sit comfortably. If you have the same smaller mugs. This is a great product. If you are like me though, this is a product that may not work for you.
