Broken and missing parts
It came assembled in a cling wrap (probably coz it was a returned item) and one of the clips was broken! Not happy with it at all and now I can't return it!!

Gate missing
I just opened the crate to prepare my dog for travel and there is no gate in the kit. Very disappointed

Product received damaged
The carrier received is cracked, a big hole beside the cage part, and some scratches.

Check them upon delivery
3rd crate of the same size, after my 2nd one was delivered with a crack at the bottom. It was discovered only a week before i my cats are due to be relocated. Passed the exchange period.3rd crate ordered. Missing water bowl. Good product but do check thoroughly once u receive your orders.
