Difficult to sew

I like them. They are what was in the picture!

I bought these because I couldn’t find anywhere else that sold sew on half pearls. The reviews weren’t good but I bought it anyway. I received 200 pearls as written (I counted myself). There are three sizes and an equal amount of each. Unfortunately, many of the large pearls are not placed in their silver bases correctly so I can’t use them, one pearl doesn’t have a case so I can’t use that either, and a lot of the pearls are scratched up. As someone who was planning to use these to make a commission, how can I use these and charge someone if the pearls are scratched and don’t look new? I’m very disappointed that even after all the reviews, the company selling these pearls does not listen and change their product. If you can, find what you need somewhere else. This isn’t a good product.

As you can see in the photo, a few of the pearls were delivered damaged - the pearls are not set. Cheap quality. I can see more pearls detaching from its setting on a finished project. Also, the seller advertises a count of 200 pearls, in 4 sizes…I received 186 pieces in 3 sizes - only (photo enclosed). I think the seller relies on the buyer to not do a piece count. I will be returning this product.
