Exactly the amount and type of K2 that is supposed to help bones, over time.
It's always hard to rate a vitamin because you don't know immediately if it's doing what it's supposed to, or not. That said, even though these are a little pricey, they have just the amount and type of Vitamin K2 that is supposed to help your bones. But it takes time. If my bones look better on my next density test in a couple of years, I'll try to edit this and RAVE about the vitamin. Right now, I'm giving it a great rating for the amount and type of K2.
