Amsterdam Acrylic 20 x 90ml tubes- Acrylic paint Set

I love and use Amsterdam paints in my liquid paint projects. I wanted to mix them in squeeze bottles for fluid paints of different viscosity. These mix well with Flood, Pouring Mediums and even water. The color range is awesome and since Michaels doesn't carry the larger tubes in all these colors, I wanted to try them out and then order from Amazon or other art suppliers ....whoever has the best price. Amazon had the best price on this set at the time I purchased. This brand comes in expert grade as well, but these standards do a great job for my projects and are easier on my budget. They have good light fastness, pigment, and viscosity. Highly recommend for an archival grade, affordable, acrylic paint.

If you’re working in large sizes, this is not a collection you want however, since the large tubes do cost so much – I use this collection as a color sampler to determine which larger tubes I will need to buy. It’s actually worth it money.

I like bc I don’t live in a city that has all the colors so when I order colors I know I am getting exactly what I wanted.

I use these for my fluid art. I love the color range and right pigmentation.

Second time buying this 90 set. I've also bought many individual larger sizes in various colours. Working on two pieces so didn't over buy in larger sizes as this was enough to cover the amount of paint needed. It's the best set you can buy for acrylic in my opinion. The colour palette is great. The reds are nice, but weren't quite right for me, but the Pebeo acrylic reds are spot on and I bought those along with a lot of other colours. This set lacks greys I like, but I like the Pebeo Neutral Grey so that was covered also making my own having a lot of Amsterdam Oxide Black 500ml & Titanium White 500ml. In fact, I bought a lot of Pebeo to accompany my Amsterdam colours. Amsterdam & Pebeo are extremely affordable and reliable. Amsterdam dries satin with low shine and Pebeo more matte. I use both as I'm striving to be 100% vegan. I'm 98% there. Amsterdam acrylic is very easy to use, archival quality and light fast. It works great on my wood panels and gel plate and with acrylic mediums incorporated for special effects. If you're looking for a gift for a budding artist interested in acrylic, this is hands down the best choice. They'll be very pleased. My item was superbly packed. Not always the case with Amazon. This was sent by courier. Thanks so much to the seller for going to so much trouble to ensure I received my item in perfect condition. I was impressed. Only a handful of art supply companies pack things to such a high standard.

Good set to try all the 90 colors if you are curious like me! Paint is not too thick or runny, just nice to use with a damp brush straight out of the tubes. Beautiful colors 😍
