This microscope is SO handy! My child and I both can look at whatever we’re studying at the same time thanks to the viewing screen. The included slides are pretty fascinating too. Very well designed and easy to use. My 3rd grader loves it!

I have done some nice videos onto a card but there is shake when hitting the shutter button so still pics are not best. I think there is an input for remote but did not work with my intervalometer. No response from manufacturer so will open it up and look at wiring and wire in a remote. Other than that I am no expert but having fun in the micro world. If anyone knows of a remote shutter that works please post about it, not sure why manufacturer did not do this or mention the input in the manual as I am pretty sure it's for a remote shutter connection. If you want to take still photos this is not going to work get one with a remote. All in all not bad for a cheap scope. I will post if I figure out a way to set up a remote shutter button or intervalometer.

Got this for the kids so that we could answer thoes "why" questions and it performs fantasticly. Supper easy to assemble and use right out of the box! Plenty of light for viewing samples. With the large screen we can all look at the sample and talk about it rather then one person look at a time. The saveing of images has also been a big hit as we looked at skin cells and they saved an image of their own. It is not the most powerful microscop out there but for educatonal purposes this is a must have in my opinion.

This product is not worth the money it does not have all the proper zoom factors to view a slider you have to constantly swivel the entire lcd screen to even get a focus there is no charger just a battery that cost $45 to replace and it doesn’t hold a charge other than that’s it’s a nice looking ornamental piece for a desk I wish I could return mine

I purchased this for doing fecals on my foster dogs, there’s no way it is magnifying at the high level it claims, it’s not easy to focus, and it’s just not very powerful. The big screen is nice, the recording feature is great and I love the idea, but they need to be more honest about the strength of this device & it’s actual ability.

This is easy to setup and use. Clear picture with massive amount of Magnification. Connects to a monitor to expand view which is way better than peering through ocular sights.Item is light in weight, plastic, so a heavier base would help stabilize on benchtop as it is handled and adjustments are being made. Work surface is however a bit small, if there is a need to view larger PC Boards.

I hardly ever leave reviews probably should as much as I count on them for my purchases. That said I had to coment on this product out of the box this thing is ready to go with all the features it boasted was waiting for the negative and found it as soon as I turned it on, had a full charge on the battery grabed the two slide samples eager to see this what awsome thing has to show me and went to focus it in and boom the focus nob won't turn now keep in mind I went from box to using it in less than five min. No instructions AWSOME figured packing or somthing keeping it from turning,with closer inspection and disbelief the base that held this AWSOME scope was the cheapest stand I have ever laid my hand on, if you breath to hard with disbelief the scope would shake, shame on anyone who would Mach this scope with this stand. After an hour and a half of careful sanding I could turn the focus nob. With that said and if I new then what I know now I WOULD STILL BUY THIS THING. The scope two lenses and all the features makes it worth it to me. And I would recommend it to a frend as well I'm sure it was miss with quality control the packing was awsome and if the scope holds up I'll be using it every day.

I bought this register for fun and I've had nothing but fun with it. I personally can't stand looking at microscopes with the 2 eye pieces so the LED screen is a perfect substitute.
