Awful quality, not worth it.
Lasted only one week, the stitches came off and opened up.

False product description
These are not satin. Just a shiny polyester material or something. Buy the Bless brand satin scrunchies instead.

Effective although relatively pricey, below average construction
Update 2019-06-08:Removed a star since about half of my scrunchies are breaking down. One began fraying at the seams and two have loosened elastic bands, making it difficult to tie my hair up and stay there. Photos attached.Original review (4 stars):$15 for 5 scrunchies sounds like a rip off, but it was actually one of the better deals compared to most satin scrunchies on Amazon being sold as only one unit per order. Originally, I was in search of a satin scrunchie to wear my hair in a bun to bed. My goal was to minimize harsh tugging since I was afraid of breaking or pulling out my hair and eventually contributing to receding hairline. I had only tested for 2 months until I cut my hair short. However, during my daily use for 2 months, I was happy with the scrunchies. (So was my sister - she would often borrow from my desk! -_-) If I was lazy and removed the scrunchie with 1 hand by simply pulling it off a ponytail, then I would not lose the customary 1-2 hairs like I would with a regular scunci brand elastic hair tie. The scrunchie itself is a true blue scrunchie: a loose elastic band with tendrils of cloth wrapped around it, not an elastic hair tie merely disguised in cloth. This led me to believe that my hairline was safe. Additionally, I would tie my hair into a bun while my hair was still wet every morning. This caused the scrunchie to become damp, but it air dried without issue (no mold or anything like that). The only thing that bugs me about the scrunchie (hence minus 1 star) is the sewing of the cloth. For the most part, you cannot see the seams but then there will be an inexplicable one-inch patch out outward turned seam and the double knotted ends of the stitch poking out. Even though the stitches have not unraveled thus far, it doesn't look as nice for scrunchies that cost this much.Style-wise, the scrunchie blends in well with dark hair. It is very unnoticeable wrapped around my bun. It might look a little too 90s if you have lighter hair, but retro/vintage is pretty much always in so I say carry on.

Great for preventing hair snags normal hair ties cause
These are great, they are not big and bulky, and they stretch/fit very well. I used to lose hair all the time to my ponytail but I don't seem to have that problem with these. They just slide right out. Since they are so silky and smooth, you do have to make sure it's fairly tight to prevent it from just sliding right out of your hair. I have pretty thin hair so it requires three wraps for me. If I use 2 in 10 minutes it will be half way down my hair.

Gentle for hair.
Good price for these. I received all 5 scrunchies. I was worried I would not because some reviews stated they had some missing. I use scrunchies often, and the ones I buy tend to take my hair out. I almost bought one satin scrunchie for $10. This was a better deal. I have been using the same one for almost a month now, and no issues.Oh, I have thick curly amd somewhat wavy hair.

They are ok
These are ok. I removed one star because as another reviewer said they stretch out kind of quickly. This is my third batch. However, I can't find any other that is just the right width and doesn't make my ponytail too tight. So, I do recommend them butI think it's best try to use one at a time and let them get stretched out one by one. That's what I did with my first bunch and they lasted much longer that way.
