Although I do not like reviewing things I only just bought, (it seems silly as I have not really had time to put the thing to test), this reel does seem very well made indeed and is very nice to use, compared to the high price of fly reels today this represents a first class reel for anyone looking to have form and function at a very reasonable price.

For the money, this takes some beating !!The bearing is fully enclosed. The drag is precise and easy the change.The capacity is good. A full WF 9 floater ( one of there's ) fits nicely on the spool.No complaints from me.

These reels are mice looking and reasonably priced ... BUT .. there are problems. First issue is they come set up for left hand users which is easy to change but seems a little odd, secondly the very smooth one way / anti reverse bearing is too loose ! It sits in the housing very well but there is literaly no resistance allowing the reel to free spool . Not a major concern because its not letting line out, however it does allow a bit of slack line on the reel if you arent careful ! A small amount if resistance would be better. Finaly you can tell its machined because in certain areas there are "crisp" edges, almost sharp. Whilst this is in areas where the line shouldnt come into contact with them line does have a habit of going where you dont want it to on any reel !
