I purchased this item in Sept 2021. We were very pleased to find a good quality product that had all the various wires to connect to several different options. I'm not very savvy in new tec but I was able to set it up easily. I was impressed with the fact there were contact details for assistance if I had needed it as well as printed info. Sound quality can't be faulted and they are really comfortable to wear.The reason for writing this review after more than 18months later is that we encountered a problem with the headset. I contacted the customer services and had contact with Rie. She was so helpful and supportive. She advised me that the purchase was still under warranty. She kept intouch daily and advised me how to order a new set without any cost to ourselves. She was delightful and considerate. She gave me advice on pairing the new headset and she asked me to let her know when it was all up and running. At every stage she said for me to contact her with and question's or problems. We received the new earphones within a few days and I was happy to say they were paired easily and are now working perfectly. I cannot say that I've ever had better customer service anywhere,I felt so well supported. Well done Avantree I would certainly recommend you!

Bought these for my hard of hearing Mother and she absolutely loves them. I was really worried about setting them up but it was quick and easy.She was finding it really difficult to hear her TV even with her hearing aids so relied on the subtitles a lot. With these headphones she can hear everything very clearly, no need to have the subtitles on the TV anymore and doesn't wear her hearing aids while she has the headphones on.Would definitely recommend.

Super comfortable to wear and great for use with a Virgin Media or Sky Box (although the Sky Stream puck has no audio output so an HDMI Audio Extractor was bought for that). Long battery life so no worries about it going flat part way through what you're watching - just hang it back on the rack to charge at night. I bought this to minimise noise disturbance to neighbours.I should add that I did need to ensure the optical output of my Virgin Media box was set to PCM (rather than Dolby) - I found a note covering this. Given ts only got two speakers (one for each ear), the best you can hope for is stereo audio quality anyway so trying to put in an input for more than 5 speakers eg 5.1 surround sound, is a no go. They have excellent technical support and when I needed to contact them about another Avantree product that had physically broken/cracked, this was swiftly replaced. I particularly appreciated the fact that they didn't make me wait until the defective one was received by their UK depot before sending the replacement.

My wife has good hearing but mine is poor, so we ended up watching TV too loud for her or too quiet for me, or constantly adjusting the volume. With the headphones connected to the TV via bluetooth I can control my own volume and I can use the EQ to enhance voices over the background noise. The headphones are comfortable and, once set up, the system is easy to use. When there was an issue, customer support were very helpful - responding quickly and resolving the issue very easily.

As I’ve a slight hearing impairment I’ve tried a number of wireless/bluetooth headphones with television so that my wife doesn’t have to tolerate the set volume at high level. These have certainly been the best. Absolutely no evidence of delay with sync and the top quality sound that I used to experience from my exceptional old hi fi system. A year after buying them I spotted a break in a join to one of the earpieces. I contacted Avantree and they immediately arranged for a no questions asked replacement the whole item butt including a more robust headset better suited to my self confessed clumsiness! Full marks!

This item was delivered perfectly well by Amazon. There was a problem with the product function which was corrected by the maker (under guarantee). Now, just over two years later and 20 days past the support finished date, the headset attachment assembly has collapsed. There is nothing wrong with the electronics, the fault is with the plastic moulding, where the earpiece connects to plastic head-bridge, it is weak and has disintegrated. Please see accompanying photo. The set has never been dropped, struck or abused, it is simply weak plastic and poor product design. Shame, otherwise OK, but now unusable.

The headphones seem to be of good quality and the quality of sound is great when you are in the same room as the transmitter.I live in a small house and the sound quality starts to break up if you move to another room.Avantree website says "Need to start making dinner or grab a drink from the fridge? No problem, move around the house and do what you need to do without worrying about the audio cutting out."Not true.The instruction leaflet included is not very good, making the set up a bit of a mystery.The downloaded support manual is not any better.Overall the headphones are good when you get them working, but not as good as the website suggests.

Following a problem with my headphones, I Contacted avantree and received help and assistance. Rie was very helpful and patient to an old crinkly wrinkley, and I got a new pair of headphones. I would like to thank the company and especially Rie for all their help. Ronnie
