I used this for sanding down some steel that had gotten rusted and pitted, it hels up great. Made it a smooth finish and didnt just shread when i wet it...

This sandpaper resembles emery cloth and is made of good quality paper. The product I bought was 800 grit, and I was trying to round off the cut end of a 1mm diameter stainless steel rod, and was having a hard time getting it done. So I put on some 6 power reading glasses and got a good look at it. The problem was me, the sandpaper is a lot more effective than I thought it would be. The package I received has plenty of sheets in it, so no worries of running out, but, if I should run out, I will order this again.
