Happy with my purchase
I have had turmeric supplements in the past but thought I would try these as they also contained ginger. They are very easy to swallow, no after taste and I've not experienced any side effects or upset tummy. I suffer with stiff and sometimes painful joints especially in the winter which is why I take these supplements. I would buy again.

Delivery time was excellent.
The capsules are easily swallowed and I am trying them out as I have arthritis and heard Turmeric and Ginger may help. I have only been using the capsules for one week so cannot know if they help but I am willing to give them a try.

Really works for me
This is really working for me. I was taking heavy duty meds from my doctor, but I ended up with stomachs ulcers. When I stopped taking the anti inflammatory meds, I was left suffering with my arthritis in my knees, feet and hands. Searching for help, I found this product and have been taking it for four weeks. What a difference! I would say it’s just as good as 500mg Naproxen that I gave up taking. It started working almost immediately too. I take it in the morning with my porridge so it doesn’t give me heartburn. That may not bother other people, but chances are you will suffer from that if you’ve been taking medication from your doctor.I’m so pleased I found this product
