used to catch perch and striped bass in Maryland. works well with mangrove snapper in Florida. i haven't had a chance to do much fishing in Florida yet. very sharp treble hooks catch in the mouth makes removal easy. a must have for fishing professionals. they aren't super expensive so if you loose a few its not like your out 100's of dollars.

Quality looks good but I was misled on the length of the spoon. The specifications are for the length of the entire lure from split ring to the end of the hook. The actual blade length is about 1" to 1&3/4" I was hoping they were 2-2&1/2" as the description stated. I had wanted them for Spanish mackerel and the longer ones with a new single hook will work for that but the rest are more suited to white bass, panfish and crappier. For that use these should be good. I like the photos of the lures with the measurements so you know what you are getting.

I found these under a search for 1 oz casting spoons. I got them on time and quickly.. However, it turns out that they are very small with super small, cheap hooks. What's really weird is that these spoons are attached to a retail backing board for offering them in a store. They're highly organized, but you should know they're very very small with only a few that will be one oz in weight. Most (there is a LOT OF spoons here) are half that size with tiny tiny treble hooks. I don't recommend these for saltwater fish unless you change every single hook.

What a surprise. I threw one of these out while fishing on the American River near Lotis, CA, and caught a 9" trout on the second cast. UPDATE: I have hooked quite a few fish, but was surprised at the number that got off the hook. I examined the hooks themselves and found them wanting. So I spent $4.00 at Walmart and replaced all the hooks. The barb is quite small to non existent on many of them. Still, I ordered another set when I dropped most of these over the side of the boat.

They don’t catch anything, not even any follow-ups. Pike are not fussy fish to catch and these wont even entice them!Will never buy again.Now the seller wants me to send them an email with my email address to help solve my issues with regards to not catching fish with these lures. I have been fishing for over 50 years and have always caught fish, except these lures DO NOT WORK!I am not giving them my email address, if they can't solve my concerns/issues through Amazon.com than buyer beware!!! I don't need my email address sold all over China.I asked them to refund my money and have not heard anything.Do not buy!

I kept on losing my Kastmaster spoons and was thinking that they are far too pricey to replace regularly. I happened upon this gem and decided to give it a shot and boy, am I glad! These work to catch trout and some small surf perch. I love that if I lose one, I have a couple dozen more in back up. Worth the buy!
