Plus – Golf Swing and Wrist Angle Training Aid – Provides Real-time Wrist Data to Fix Common Swing Faults and Improve Ball Flight

I’m a mid-handicap player and was looking for solutions to improve my golf game. I've tried a bunch of different training tools in my years and I stumbled upon Hackmotion and figured I'd give it a try. From just a couple of sessions I've been amazed at the information it provides about my wrist angles in the swing. I've already been able to decrease my wrist extension and hit better, more consistent shots. Definitely worth the investment, considering for the same price I would only get 3-4 coaching sessions, while the sensor I can use all the time.

However, I did discover that I do not have ability to radial deviate my wrists. Now I have an excuse for my meager distances. The cost of the basic unit lacks great features, so expect to double the cost if you want the full monty.

Context: I’m a 12 handicap and practice regularly alone and with a coach.Review: I used this for several weeks before returning it as ultimately the device would tell me I kept the right wrist position on a poor shot and used the wrong position on a shot with solid contact that flew laser straight.The money I’ve spent on lessons has been far more helpful than on this device.

Absolutely love my HackMotion. I thought I was flattening my wrist but wow I never realized I was cupping it in the downswing.The first time I used it I was blown away by the data and how bad my numbers were. I almost hated it cos I felt defeated and wasn’t sure what to do. I had rushed straight to the range without fully learning all about it what it tells me and how to use that info.So I went home and studied all the tutorials and really got a deep understanding about the ranges my numbers should be in and just importantly how they should change from position to position.I did a lot of slow motion indoor swing drills using the motorcycle drill (app will explain) and using the audio feedback (amazing feature). I also had great success using the Brian Manzella “hook the sweet spot” drill (Google it)After putting in the learning and work I went to the range today. The swings attached are from my range session today where I was flushing just about every shot with almost zero curve. The sound and the ball flight were like something I have not experienced before.Look it’s no magical device that will fix you overnight but if you put in the work the feedback this thing gives you is unbelievable.Highly recommend getting HackMotion

I couldn’t get the product to register a shot. I’m a 6 index so I would think it isn’t me. I tried hitting 20 balls and not one shot was registered.

Great concept. Too difficult for every day golfer to set up ranges.

Cannot use without creating a player profile. Website responds “remote” and doesn’t go any further. Therefore the unit cannot be used and is garbage. Support on the app gives an error for sending a message. You might be able to make an appointment for a video chat in 7-10 days! If it wasn’t past return of chargeback time, I’d get rid of this thing. As it is, it’s a useless unit.

A must get for a golfer struggling with swing flaws. If your a teaching pro this is a must have….
