It solved the problem.
Everything now works great. Vacuum kept stopping and the operation had to be set at a lower level. The replacements worked like a charm and everything is operating like new.

Looks like OEM quality
The filters and bags appear to be OEM quality. Only gripe was that the original shipment didn't include the red heppa filter and I had to wait for that to be shipped separately. But they fit fine and work well, so all is good.
