I’ve had it for almost 2 months now and the only drawback I see is that the rubber stoppers that go against the bumper are cracking. I haven’t looked for replacements for those yet

Great product. No special pliers to compress a ring. Just a philips screwdriver and if I was keeping it a little bit thread lock. Quality is same as factor 55 and a little less in price. But wife says the red doesn’t match the jeeps firecracker red color. Simple enough return process.

Im very disappointed but I order this and it came full of scratches and thats not due to amazons packaging but directly from Agency 6 factory they come seal in a box but once you open they only dump the shackle in there with no protection at all so it will rub off the powder coat inside the box, I return back and reorder and the next one came even worse I mean I know the purpose of this product but your are still paying top dollar for a brandnew item so it should be received the same way please Agency 6 fix this issue until then I will have to stay away because most likely the product will show up in same condition plus it seems their coating its pretty thin also so under regular used the finish wont last even one time!!

Already used this for a self recovery with soft shackles. It worked exactly as expected without an issue. I will keep an eye on the company for any other products I may "need".

Just received it so can't say much about it's use yet, but it's a nice, solid piece of machined aluminum with a pin and a plate to hold the pin on, and a couple aluminum feet.My soft shackle fits through the eye pretty easily, as does the steel shackle.Not as fancy looking as some of the factor 55 stuff, but I wanted something that was simple.
