I do not know what everyone else is talking about.I was bitterly disappointed,this did not heat up even the slightest bit!!

It’s too HOT! HOT! HOT! 🔥
They help and heat up quickly, after about 30 minutes it started burning intensely and I had to remove it. This happened to my friend that I gave one to, hoping it would help. She had a red mark for the rest of the day and the area was sensitive.
