Good for elderly and rehabilitation
Got this for mother going through chemo. She likes the soft feel and support strap helps her keep grip of it doing different exercises and movements. Not too bulky. Doesn't get in the way when she walks.

Way to use
I actually bought the 1.5 pound weights to add weight to my excuse routine during rehab of a broken shoulder these are great because they have a stap that goes around your hand making it easier for use

Decent hand weights, sand shifts
I have been using these when I go walking. I will say the sand shifts more than I personally like. It just doesn't feel right to me in my hand. Other than that they are fine. Straps seem they are made of strong material, I was worried they may rip after a while.

Very good Exactly what I expected
These cloth weights were perfect. I needed something very light for an exercise program for my elderly mother, and these weights were exactly that and also the fact that they are soft and asked me not to worry if she drops them on herself.
