This product came with lots of "pen scratch marks" here and there and in a dirty condition. Good price but unfortunately I regret not having seen this product while buying it.

I'm so satisfied with this should bag, same as described 👌very good quality and I can put all my things and it's big enough. I'm highly recommend. Thank you Amazon ❤️

The discounted price for this bag itself was too pricey, I used it for just one day and the strap which was clasped to the bag with a cheap screw just fell off.. and gosh it was so embarrassing, will never buy this brand again. Other than the look and size nothing is good about this bag.

The product was good. But one of the golden nuts on the bag loosened itself and I lost it one day. I was on my way to a client meeting. Thank God it happened in my hotel and I had an extra bag with me. Or else it would have been embarrassing. Coz without that nut, the strap of the bag doesn't fix and I would have had to walk around with a single strap bag that day.

I shared this nearly a month ago one of the screws holding the handle came off and it had been 10 days or so i used the bag. Now it lies unused as no one responded to my msgs on amazon. I can't get it replaced as i didn't keep the label. Neither i can get it repaired as where will i find the missing screw. So am not too happy about it. They should ideally have provided spare screws just in case.

Very spacious handbag, can fit book n mini laptop in. Exactly the same colour as shown in the pic. Has a inner pocket . Loved it
