Don't buy this. You can't push it. But you can eventually fix it
Don't buy this. Starts very very easy, has lots of blowing power. Good so far! However, the little wheel in the front does not swivel properly ("no longer" means this is my third purchase of this item, first two worked fine, this one doesn't. Don't read anything negative into "my third purchase,", just understand I am very familiar with how it did and oughta work.) When you push this, the front wheel is jammed sideways into the fan shroud at a 45 degree angle so you can't roll it forward! You have a wheel jammed into the fan shroud at a 45 degree angle, so it isn't allowing you to push this forward. If the front wheel could swing all the way around then it could let you push this unit, but now it blocks it and prevents you from pushing this device. The workaround is to push the unit forward while holding down on the handles to keep the front wheel off the ground--it works but it's hard on the back and it's not a good solution as the air flow out is no longer directed on the ground. Got a supposed fix from customer service but their fix, a lock washer, wasn't anywhere close to the answer. Instead, they need a longer wheel support rod that holds the front wheel further in front so it doesn't contact the fan shroud when it swivels around, or a wheel support rod that isn't angled so close to the fan shroud that it jams the supposed-swivel (ha, ha) wheel into the shroud. So, this is not a "push" device,, because you can't steer it when pushing it. Stay awayA proper fix would be: a longer pipe at the front so that the swivel wheel would be attached further away from the shroud, a smaller wheel and a longer drop from the anchor point so the wheel would be further away from the shroud, an indentation in the shroud so the front wheel wouldn't contact it, a twist in the connection pipe so the front wheel is further forward, etc. DO NOT buy something that says you can push it from behind when you CANNOT.Think of a kid's tricycle, although this has the larger wheels in the back. Would your kid like a tricycle they couldn't ride straight ahead but jammed every time they tried to go less then 45 degrees ahead left or right?Btw, why is this my third purchase of this item? Gasoline starting issues, although I drain it completely each season.Update Nov 29--I continued to deal with customer service, and they are pretty good. I specified what replacement part I needed to make this operative (a frame) and they sent it to me, no problem. Got it today and installed it, presto, the front wheel can swivel all the way around and this is now useable. How3ver, QC on shipping must be low. Cust service is good, though. So watch product quality. BTW, fixing what they sent me with the new part takes lots of crawling on garage floor, two sets of socket wrenches, lots of flexibility, and so on, so don't necessarily conclude the average person can do it, with all due respect. I took off the bad part to try to bend it straight, but couldn't do it even in a machinist's vise, so this had to be a mfg issue not a shipping issue, due to how bad this was fouled up when I got it. Update to 3 stars is due to cust service being good, not due to initial quality received.

After Technician checked the Blower and took out the Air intake filter then the Blower started without any problem. The new oil
The product delivered with damaged box. It looks as was dropped on the ground. I tried to turn on exactly on the order of product description. The Blower doesn't have choke lever for start. I pulled the starter for 2 hours, but the blower did not start. Called 1800 ..... number and left a message but they did not call me back. NEXT DAY: I started again step by step and start pulling the starter and the blower did not start.I have Floor company and have many of the machines, Chain saw, pressure Washer, Generator ..etc and I know how to start 2 strokes Gasoline machine.Bad customer service: I contact them because did not call me back after 24 hours, they recommend me to take the brand new blower to the service company and let them check or repair it.

Keep the front grate clear of debris. There is only 1 speed.
Purchased to quickly clear smaller lawn (with many trees) of leaves in the fall. It certainly performs as designed. Moves dry leaves extremely well. It is not for precision leaf blowing (oxymoron). You must be sure to keep the front grate free of debris as there is a tendency for leaves to get sucked against it and performance deteriorates. It does not replace work. If you understand that it is a tool you can use to 'assist you' with leaf clearing then you will enjoy this product as it does a great job for small to medium lawns.

Great blower
This is an awesome leaf blower. I have a 3/4 acre lawn that used to take forever to clean up with an old Craftsman blower that I had. This thing is incredibly powerful, and I'm able to do the lawn in just over 1/2 hour. The only complaints I have are a) the adapter that deflects the air out the front doesn't work too well; I don't know if the right angle reduces the force of the air, but it doesn't move the leaves as well; and b) the air intake on the front of the blower frequently gets clogged with leaves, requiring you to stop and unclog it a lot.

Good blower, Wheels too narrow!
Since most of my leaf problem is in my yard and/or gravel driveway I needed something to blow in a large area. I have only used it 1 time so far. The blower seems sufficient, but the hard rubber wheels are too narrow for anything but concrete or asphalt! It was near impossible to push through my driveway which is well packed gravel. It was also very difficult to push through grass. Maybe if I had a golf course quality lawn it would be better! I will probably replace the wheels with inflatable tires so they can make it over uneven surfaces. I will probably make a wheeled suspension system so I can tow it behind my mower and have the stability required.

Very Impressed!
I went from a handheld electric blower (235 mph exit velocity) to this one and I have to tell you, this thing is a beast! What used to take 45 minutes to an hour now takes 10 minutes. It arrived well-packaged and the only tasks required to get it running were to screw on the handle, fill it with the supplied oil, and gas it up. Primed it with three pushes of the bulb and it fired up on the first pull! Initially I thought that the air diverter was missing but I found it attached underneath in the back, where it's stored when not in use. The handle can be installed in a few different heights, which is a nice feature. Very solid unit and seems well-built. No sense renting one when one can buy one at this price!

Work well till it broke.
The media could not be loaded. I've tried twice to call Southland about my problem but I hung up after holding over 45 minutes.Gas is pouring out of carb and primer button. Can't get help.
