Rusting after 2 and a half months of use.
When I received this dish rack (March 31, 2017) I was over the moon with it. It is a great size for the countertop of an average sized kitchen, the attachments for cutlery and mugs were very sturdy and useful, and it looked very nice and flashy. HOWEVER. It is now June 14th, 2017, and the whole darn thing is rusted. This was made with very cheap metal I guess because the rust is everywhere. You would think they would use rust-proof material for a DISH-DRYING rack.. I guess that got overlooked. It still works fine, and the parts are still holding up, which is why I gave it 2 stars. But seriously, the rust makes the rack look like it's about 5 years old now. Very disappointed with how this turned out. I was hoping to use it for longer than just 2 and a half months.

Not what I was hoping for
I was so excited to purchase this cool new dish rack...and after owning and using it for about 6 months, it's just okay. It looks really nice but isn't as practical to use as I would have hoped. It is very narrow, my large dinner plates don't fit in the rack properly, along with any cutting boards or other large items. It's also very tall (measure the height of your kitchen cupboards before buying!) and can actually become top heavy if you're not careful where you put everything. I still haven't figured out how to use it efficiently for my tupperware and ziploc containers, you can't stack anything like you can with a more traditionally designed dish rack, and it's not possible to use both the cutlery and cup holder attachments in a normal kitchen counter set up (as is shown in the picture). The catch tray at the bottom is contained, so it doesn't automatically drain into the sink and has standing water sitting in it which means you also need to continuously wash it. I'm also already starting to notice some rusty discolouration around some of the screws which sucks.

There are NO RETURNS, they obviously don't stand by their product!!!
1. The tray to catch water, WON'T catch drips from cups and cutlery! That's 2/3 of your dishes!2. You could let one end hang over the sink, but that's full of dirty dishes and then the other end is still left to drip on counters!?3. This is of NO value if 2/3 of my dishes are dripping all over my counters?!!!4. Dinner plates are better off in the bottom of most dish racks for a reason!! The height is not conducive to small kitchens and if they do fit...it's now top heavy?!!!5. THERE ARE NO RETURNS!!! RIDICULOUS!!!Until you actually get this and build it, you really don't think of all the issues...save yourself the trouble, don't bother!

Decent!
This is not the most sturdy dish rack, but it works. It holds my plates, which are quite heavy and I think it’s way nicer looking than a plastic dish rack. The cutlery holder works well, but the cup rack is a little useless as it needs to be loaded evenly or it falls off.The drip tray at the bottom is nice as you don’t have to worry about having it drain into the sink.

Durable and stylish
I have had this rack for more than a year and is still standing strong. It has not rusted and still looks as good as new every time I clean it. The only thing I would recommend you to do is to empty the plastic water-collecting tray every time you place the utensils on the rack so that the tray does not stain. Another plastic part that needs cleaning is the side cutlery plastic. Once you clean these 2 plastics your tray will continue to look great. I recommend it.
