Mild on baby.

Ive been ordering these wipes for the past two years and was concerned when i just read the "these are knockoff" reviews, so i wrote the company to tell them about it and to ask why some say they have the extra ingredient and no extra seals besides the eczema approved one .. this was their reply“Thanks for contacting us. The endorsements on the newly designed multipacks are on the box instead of the packet. The endorsements for the single packs are still found on the packet as no one will see the box as they are sold separately. I understand how confusing that can be especially since we added the disclosure around the trace residual component found in the fruit extract. But all the endorsements remain.We have adjusted the ingredient list on WaterWipes' packaging to include Benzalkonium chloride (BAK). WaterWipes has not changed in any way.We're adding this information to our packaging as trace amounts of BAK are a by-product of the fruit extraction process. Trace amounts of BAK are a common ingredient in personal care and cosmetics products. The level that exists in WaterWipes is extremely small and has no impact on the safety of the product. Our wipes contain 0.1% fruit extract which in turn contains trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride so the overall content in the finished pack is negligible.The quality of our wipes not changed. Neither has the formulation or ingredients. We pride ourselves on making wipes that are safe to use on a new-born baby's skin. WaterWipes still contain 99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract and continue to be made in our unique cleanroom environment to ensure we remain the world's purest baby wipe. The product is excellent and I have been using it for last two years.However I had very bad experience with my last two orders from different sellers.The product has a printed manufacturing and expiry date by the company. The seller in both cases erased all data from the package and shipped product without any expiry information.This being a personal care product and made especially for babies, I found it to be a very bad practice on part of the seller. The intention of seller is malicious and can cause serious harm since most probably this was done to sell an expired product.I urge Amazon to blacklist both the seller.

02/18 : Ce sont, pour moi, les meilleures lingettes. Solides, très imbibées de produit (les autres marques paraissent sèches à côté), et composition plus que clean par-dessus le tout. Que demander de plus ?07/18 : C'est ma seconde commande, après en avoir testé d'autres je reviens aux waterwipes. Les autres marques sont pleines de cochonneries et beaucoup moins imbibées de produit. Il serait souhaitable néanmoins de revoir le packaging pour avoir une meilleure fermeture (par exemple en plastique). Effectivement, celle-ci ne colle plus après quelques utilisations.Je recommande ces lingettes sans hésitation et je ne reviendrais plus aux autres. Amazing wipes, you can do a lick test and it is realy just water with a fruity tang. Has caused no irritation, I've even used them on my cat when she had bad poop. But perfect for all parts of the baby. It doesn't leave a sticky feeling on baby's skin, or any little particles like the huggies. The wipe is thick and can hold up to a big mess, absorbing most of it. The major negative is retrieving the wipes: you can more than one at the time but it's perfect in all other ways so.we will be sticking to them.

Product itself is good as I use this in the UK for my baby wasn't getting it in India so ordered it when I saw it on amazon. Unfortunately I have received the damaged product as clearly seen in images. I spent 45 min with customer support in two calls to finally get refund. First time was pathetic, representative Sameer wasn't ready to refund whole amount but only for one damaged packet. I asked for replace/refund of complete package he said I need to open them and send separate images for all packets. And when I insisted I won't open the original packaging and that they already have images showing damage, he started to divert the issue asking me for images. I asked for his full name and escalation to call his supervisor, he stopped responding and then did not speak for another 5 minutes pretending there's a problem with call. I kept on speaking for the record as its recorded and then he disconnected. I called again and Divya and Riyaz were able to resolve the issue without any hassle and gave full refund.
