Very unhappy
The knobs just do not hold!!!!!!The knob for the bottom, where we attach the swift to a table keeps falling off and the knob to hold up the swift became loose in just 2 uses

I need some parts replaced as the system does not work
I bought the HandOperated wooden knitting Umbrella in Nov 21 and the bottom pin simply does not hold and is now broken and pin in the middle needs to be fixed /replaced . Photo of both the parts are enclosed.Kindly arrange to replace these two pins at the earliest so that I can use the product. The product per se is excellent and nicely finished .Thanking youDilip Vyas
