It was a time consuming process to put together on my own. It wasn’t hard and it wasn’t easy. If you are a person that like a step by step guide on how to build things together this product did not come with that kind of assistance. Rather it came pictures of items for the product. The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. All my clients love it. I mostly purchased because of the thickness of the foam of the chair. So far so good and I have had it for a few months. I highly recommend.

Overall the salon chair is well put together, seems sturdy and I expect it to last awhile and work well. Weird and unexpected characteristic however as the faux leather material smells like weed! It’s filled the entire room with the smell of weed which I hope will fade after time. Of course this may be a plus for some, but I find it too noticeable to give a full 5 stars.

Need better instruction

As a Salon owner for the past 28 years I have found that buying hydraulic chairs is a hit/ miss type of purchase, especially when buying them online. I have returned many and at the same time kept many that were very good. These chairs are very good. They were actually a lot better then I expected. Perfect height at the highest point for stylist comfort. Perfect also at the lowest setting. Chair is very sturdy, and foot rest is also very sturdy. The turning of chair is a little hard but does get better after usage, plus a little wd40 (very little) works great. Chair material is also very good, and wipes off quite well. Assembly was easy, however I do suggest you need to take your time when installing the arms. Make sure holes are lined up. if one end of arm does not fit simply remove or loosen the bolt on other end of arm and they will line up. I used a drill with the hex wrench attachment on low speed to attache arms, as well as a socket wrench for bolts. Using the tools that come with chairs do not work very well.

The media could not be loaded.  I wished it pumped up more and could lean back but I guess I need to buy another chair for that lol

Love it and so does my clients. My only issue is that it’s not as smooth to turn my clients but I can work with that.

My wife uses it to braid people’s hair, I asked her about it and she said the chair is very strong . She was worried it will break if someone heavier sat on it.
