It is a good item, large diameter, nice grip too, doesn't come off easily.I just wish it was a bit wider to cover more of my belly.

Buy it if your looking to reduce those hard to go fats around your waist and stomach. Use it during workouts or power yoga and the amount of sweat produced is crazy. Works really good if you also add a heating cream.

Super comfortable/durable/easy to use. My biggest pro with this product is that is stays nice and secure during my cardio workouts. The design is smooth and sleek with no bulges visible from the outside (shirt over waist trainer). Really gets the sweat rolling. Has strong seams and the Velcro has held up great. Using this trimmer has aided me in losing 4" of my waist in only 5 weeks. Overall, very pleased with this waist trimmer. I would purchase again and will when it wears out or I need a smaller size.
