Best with dosa and idlis
The podi is quite tasty, pairs well with dosas and idli with a little warm ghee mixed it in. Good flavour and spice.

South Indian Taste
I didn't like the taste much but it serves my purpose when i am in a hurry. I use it with readymade paratha and Dosa.

I just found out this product exists. I'm having a good time finding new ways to use this powder. The taste is great. I mix it with Kefir to make a low fat dip. Great mixed into rice as well.
