Very strong and rigid frame and please use all the accessories to loose fit.Works on my 15CM thickness of door frame but not on my 25CM door frame

Cheap and cheerful. Does the job, but can’t help but stress each time I use it. Constantly feel like it’ll snap, so have been using it very sparingly

Not very strong but does the job. Also you need to be very strict with your form. Otherwise it can fall easily if you swing.

Well made and sturdy bar. It's a temporary installation that just hangs on the door (and there's a little safety latch to help mitigate lateral/swinging movement). Luckily the physics work well for this bar for vertical movement so I'm not sure the little safety latch is necessary.This bar is very well-suited for beginners. There's an instruction sheet with exercises, nutrition tips, etc for getting started. Customer service is very responsive and surprisingly able.I think this is the first review I've written. I am impressed with this product.Downsides (giving a 5 star review; these downsides are minor):- Following the installation instructions with the long bar below the curved bar it can hold my weight. I think I'll reverse it to have the long bar above the curved bar.- Made in China.- Comes with bar that fits doorframes 24-32 inches wide. There's an extended bar wider doorframes that fits doors 34-38 inches wide (explicitly mentioned in installation section in the instructions). I got mine after contacting customer service, got a prompt response and a 100% satisfactory response (mostly the extended bar is very cheap).

So far it works fine, seems good quality and the bar is very light so easy to put on and off the door.The actual bar is made of 2 pieces and it bends quite a bit - we'll see how long it lasts.Info on the box reads 100kg max load - keep this in mind as 300lbs mentioned in the listing here can be dangerous (that's 36kg/80lbs difference).

Seems sturdy. Easy to assemble, tad there are 4 screws and it comes with a wrench. And the metal tubes are pretty solid. When assembled it was too wide for the door way. I took off the rubber end caps and cut off 1.5 inches off each side and then put the rubber caps on again. Fits perfectly. I also wanted it higher so on the backside of the door frame I secured a piece of wood that boosts the bar up about 2.25 inches. This will also help with the weight (I’m 220lbs) on the moulding around the door. The only thing that puzzles me is that everything is metal but the bar that rests horizontally on the back of the door frame. It’s plastic. Seems somewhat durable, but I wonder if that will be the thing that might break. We will see.***Update (3 weeks later): solid and functional. I’ve done about 900 chin ups/pull ups on it, and it flexes, but it is sturdy and solid. The foam pads have ripped a bit, but I just use hockey tape and wrap the handles. No other issues. Great purchase.

This pull up bar was not of good quality. The provided spanner didn't match the size of the nut. The holes in the parts didn't align properly so could not be assembled therefore not usable.
